  • Non-returnable (hygiene\/safety):<\/strong> opened or used personal-care\/cosmetic items, custom\/special orders, samples, and \u201cfinal sale\u201d items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If damaged\/wrong item:<\/strong> email us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Return shipping:<\/strong> paid by the customer unless we made an error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    3) How to start a return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Email contact@coopwarass.com<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> with your order number<\/strong>, reason, and photos (if defective\/damaged).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Wait for our Return Authorization (RMA)<\/strong> and instructions. Returns without approval may be refused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Ship the product back within 14 days<\/strong> of approval, well-packed to avoid damage. Keep the tracking number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      4) Refunds & timing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • After we receive and inspect the item, we\u2019ll issue a refund to your original payment method<\/strong>:\n

        • Morocco (COD orders):<\/strong> refund by bank transfer<\/strong> (RIB required) or store credit<\/strong>\u2014not cash to the courier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Card\/PayPal orders:<\/strong> refunded to the same card\/PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Please allow 5\u201310 business days<\/strong> after inspection for processing (your bank\/PayPal may take longer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refunds are issued in the currency originally charged<\/strong>; bank\/PayPal exchange rates\/fees may cause small differences that we don\u2019t cover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5) Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Morocco:<\/strong> exchanges are possible for eligible unopened items (subject to stock).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • International:<\/strong> due to customs\/shipping costs, please return for a refund and place a new order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6) Damaged, defective, or wrong item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will repair, replace, or refund<\/strong> (including reasonable return shipping if it was our mistake).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7) International orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            We accept international orders to countries shown at checkout. For returns from abroad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Final-sale or perishable items;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Returns sent after the stated time limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
