2) Products & information

We sell natural care products (essential oils, soaps, black soap with argan, shower gels, etc.). Photos are illustrative; natural variation in color, aroma, and texture may occur.

3) Prices & currencies

  • Prices are shown in multiple currencies; choose yours on the Site.
  • Displayed prices may change without notice.
  • Your bank/PayPal may apply FX rates/fees; the final charge in your chosen currency may vary slightly.

4) Payments

  • Morocco: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank cards, PayPal.
  • International: bank cards and PayPal only (no COD).
    Orders are confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse/cancel (e.g., stock or suspected fraud) and refund if charged.

5) Shipping & delivery

  • We ship within Morocco and internationally to countries offered at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
  • You’re responsible for providing a correct address. Risk passes at delivery scan/confirmation.
  • International customers: any customs duties/taxes are your responsibility.

6) Returns & refunds (simple rules)

  • Request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable for hygiene/safety: opened/used personal-care items; custom items; “final sale.”
  • Wrong/defective on arrival? Email us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll repair, replace, or refund.
  • Unless it’s our error, you pay return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

7) Safety & use

External use only (unless stated). Patch test first; stop use if irritation occurs. Essential oils must be diluted; avoid eyes and keep away from children/pets. If pregnant/nursing/under treatment, consult a professional. Site info is educational, not medical advice.

8) Promotions & coupons

Promo codes have their own conditions (dates, minimum spend, exclusions). One code per order unless stated. We may modify or withdraw promotions anytime.

9) Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10) IP & acceptable use

All content on the Site is owned by/ licensed to Warass. Don’t copy or misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful code.
