Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items bought on Coopwarass.com.
1) Quick summary
- Return request window: within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable (hygiene/safety): opened or used personal-care/cosmetic items, custom/special orders, samples, and “final sale” items.
- If damaged/wrong item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer unless we made an error.
- Refunds: to the original payment method after inspection.

3) How to start a return
- Email contact@coopwarass.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if defective/damaged).
- Wait for our Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without approval may be refused.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of approval, well-packed to avoid damage. Keep the tracking number.
Return address: provided in your RMA email (do not ship before approval).
4) Refunds & timing
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method:
- Morocco (COD orders): refund by bank transfer (RIB required) or store credit—not cash to the courier.
- Card/PayPal orders: refunded to the same card/PayPal.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing (your bank/PayPal may take longer).
- Refunds are issued in the currency originally charged; bank/PayPal exchange rates/fees may cause small differences that we don’t cover.
5) Exchanges
- Morocco: exchanges are possible for eligible unopened items (subject to stock).
- International: due to customs/shipping costs, please return for a refund and place a new order.
6) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will repair, replace, or refund (including reasonable return shipping if it was our mistake).
7) International orders
We accept international orders to countries shown at checkout. For returns from abroad:
- You are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties; these are non-refundable by us.
- Mark the parcel as “Returned goods” per your postal service to reduce extra charges.
8) What we can’t accept
- Opened/used cosmetics or personal-care items;
- Items not in original packaging;
- Items returned without RMA;
- Final-sale or perishable items;
- Returns sent after the stated time limits.
